Our Assessment: The Winchester Model 57 is the target version companion to the Model 56, and is an ideal rifle for younger or smaller shooters. Like a few other Winchester rifles of the time, sales were lower on the Model 57 due to the Great Depression, and as such, fewer were made. This example is in Superb condition, showing little use. This rifle has a bright bore, strong mechanics, and retains 99% of its original blued finish. This beautifully preserved Model 57 is a must have for any Winchester collection.
