Our Assessment: This Ruger New Model Single-Six chambered in .32 H&R Magnum is a unique and discontinued variant of the venerable Single-Six line. Originally offered as a flat-shooting alternative to the rimfire versions, this model is particularly attractive due to its smaller-caliber magnum chambering, stainless finish, and 5.5” barrel—a balance of portability and ballistic performance.
The revolver's stainless finish and ivory-style grips add a sharp visual contrast, while the adjustable sights and precision bore make this not just a handsome sidearm but also a capable small-game or varmint revolver. The .32 H&R Mag offers low recoil, excellent accuracy, and respectable terminal performance, making this a great choice for extended range sessions or field use.
These .32 H&R Single-Sixes have become increasingly desirable among collectors and shooters alike, especially in this configuration with its original case and near-pristine condition. Whether you're after a revolver for trail duty, a backup hunting companion, or just a piece of Ruger history, this example deserves serious consideration.
