Anschutz Model 1433D .22 Hornet 19.5" Bolt Action Rifle & Leupold Scope & Box
Our Assessment: The Anschutz Model 1433D is built on the Match 54 target rifle action. especially Rare is the fact that the Model 1433D was made by special order only. The action appears to function correctly. A serial number matched Anschutz box and one (1) 4-round magazine are provided. We expect a lot of attention from collectors on this one.

Markings: The top of the barrel is marked "Anschutz-Modell 1433 / Cal. .22 Hornet". The left side of the barrel shank is marked with two German proof marks and "ID" date code. The left side of the receiver is marked with a proof mark, "1246307", "J.G. Anschutz GmbH Ulm", and "West-Germany". The rear of the bolt handle and the bolt body are marked with a German proof mark. The front face of the bolt is marked "307".

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded post atop a serrated ramped riser that is screwed to the barrel. The rear sight is a folding U-notch leaf with a white triangle aim guide that is elevation adjustable and dovetailed to the barrel. The top of the receiver is equipped with two Lynx rings supporting a Leupold Vari-X IIc scope with 1-4x magnification and a duplex reticle. The scope rates in about Fine-excellent condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The Mannlicher stock is one-piece skip-line checkered wood with a full-length capped forend, capped pistol grip, Monte Carlo comb with cheek piece, sling stud front and rear, and a serrated hard rubber buttplate. There are some notable draglines at the front right of the comb. There are other infrequently scattered faint lines and light marks scattered throughout. The checkering is sharp and there are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 3/4" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The stocks rate in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion and for the age, the bore rates a 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are scattered faint marks throughout. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine-excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a more thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: Included are a serial matching box, one 4-round magazine, and the installed scope.
