Sights / Optics: The front sight is a ramped blade with an orange plastic insert pinned to the ventilated rib. The rear sight is a white-outlined square notch adjustable for windage and elevation in a base pinned to the topstrap.
Grip Configuration & Condition: The grip is a checkered black rubber Pachmayr Gripper with gold-colored Colt medallions. The grips have some minor wear on the left at the top. Otherwise, there are only light handling marks. The grips rate in about Fine overall condition.

Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is no notable wear or damage, only light handling marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a more thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
