Very Clean Remington Model 6 .22 S/L/LR Single Shot Boys Rifle
Our Assessment: The Remington Model 6 is a boys rifle with a 20" barrel and takedown frame. This one is chambered for .22 Rimfire. Boys rifles were popular in the early 1900s and many were made, just about everyone had one and just about every company made one. With a fun chambering, light weight, and ease of operation, it is now wonder they were popular. Because of these features paired with their affordability, they saw quite a lot of use..nearly all we see here are the shop are BEAT. This one is a gem though, it looks great and has a lot of finish remaining with beautiful vibrant case color. This a nice find and will be a nice addition to your collection. Please see our photos and good luck!
