Sights / Optics: The front sight is a bead at the muzzle. The rear sight is a groove in the top of the frame.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are original 1893 style with a "3-Screw" forearm. There is one crack in the forearm and a lot of age darkening to the wood pieces. The fit is exceptional and the finish is original. There are many dings, marks and scratches, especially to the belly. The LOP measures 13 3/8" from the front of the trigger to the back of the smooth steel plate. The stocks rate in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 55% of its metal finish. There is general thinning and a light drift to patina. The wear is from careful use, with no abuse or modifications. The screw heads are a bit marked but still good. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions properly. We did not fire this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a more thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
