William Cashmore Box Lock Side by Side 20 GA 28" Double Barrel Shotgun, MFD 1921Our Assessment: William Cashmore was a well-known English gun maker from 1847 to 1957. This a boxlock double gun made in 1921. The gun is fairly lightweight with 28" 20 gauge barrels choked Full/IM, making for a very versatile field gun. It is also in quite nice shape given its age and may well have another lifetime's worth of use left. That said, it will also make a nice addition to a collection of British doubles. Please see our pictures and good luck in your bidding!
