Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated ramped blade with a red insert and is set on a raised base integral to the rib. The rear sight is a white outlined square notch S&W micrometer sight.
Grip Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered wood Coke Bottle Target stocks with smooth diamonds and a football cut. There are some minor compressions and little marks in the wood, mostly on the bottom faces. There is light handling wear. The checkering is sharp. The grips rate in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion and for the age, the bore rates a 10 out of 10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. The frame, cylinder, barrel, yoke, and ejector all have matching serial numbers. There is some finish wear on the edges. There are draglines and a few little marks through the finish. There are some scattered handling marks. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Fine Plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a more thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
